Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Able to write technical reports and treatment proposals.
Master the water analysis tests; provide input during the initial survey during the commissioning stage and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
Responsible for providing services and assisting customers withproblem-solvingsupport regarding their products/applications/solutions.
Provide on-site field service and over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
Conduct site surveys and product/application/system audits.
Discuss and advise clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establish and meet customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant; advise clients regarding the possibility of upgrading and improvements the company can provide.
Chemical preparation and dosing on the sites.
Supervise chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations; carry out on-site chemicals inventory; ensure P.O. as necessary is submitted by clients and that deliveries are prompt.
Ensure all standard equipment and reagents for the laboratory and field analysis work are properly maintained; prepare site/field analysis reports; maintain meticulous records of all tests, etc.
Perform any other work-related duties as directed by the Chemical Business Manager – Western Province or his designee.

Experience:5 – 10 years experience

Always maintain office safety such as keeping your files/papers in the correct place, keeping the drawers closed after use, arranging the electrical cables secured to avoid slips & trips, reporting any lost connections or damaged electrical components, and ensuring your office is clean and tidy.
Report to HR/HSE if you are facing stress, fatigue, any form of harassment, or bullying at the workplace.
