Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Able to write technical reports and treatment proposals.
- Master water analysis tests; provide input during initial survey, commissioning, and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
- Provide services and assist customers with problem‑solving support regarding their products, applications, and solutions.
- Provide on‑site field service and over‑the‑phone or on‑site assistance.
- Conduct site surveys, and product/application/system audits.
- Discuss and advise clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establish and meet customer needs when adjusting the treatment program and ensure satisfactory plant performance; advise clients on possible upgrades and improvements the company can provide.
- Chemical preparation and dosing at sites.
- Supervise chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations; conduct on‑site chemical inventory; ensure purchase orders are submitted by clients and deliveries are prompt.
- Ensure all standard equipment and reagents for laboratory and field analysis are properly maintained; prepare site/field analysis reports; maintain meticulous records of all tests, etc.
- Perform any other work‑related duties as directed by the Chemical Business Manager – Western Province or his designee.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience.

- Inform the safety team before visiting any site, factory, or warehouse to obtain the correct induction and prepare LMRA and required PPE.
- Maintain office safety by keeping files and drawers organized, securing electrical cables, and reporting damaged equipment.
- Report to HR/HSE if facing stress, fatigue, harassment, or bullying.
