Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Application Engineer to join our Technical Department in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Sales Engineers by preparing quotations, releasing orders, providing acknowledgments, and coordinating with both the Technical and Operations Teams.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong interest in contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all office work for assigned Sales Engineers.
  • Prepare quotations for tenders and ongoing projects as per assigned customers or Sales Engineers.
  • Process orders using ERP systems and update order reports.
  • Provide daily updates of reports and maintain accuracy of records.
  • Share relevant information and suggest solutions to assigned Sales Engineers.
  • Support other Application Engineers during workload peaks, vacations, or leaves.
  • Maintain and regularly update quotation-to-order data, ensuring accuracy in records, engagement history, and project tracking.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of GCC experience in a similar role, preferably within the HVAC or construction-related
  • With Technical knowledge of HVAC products like Air Outlets, Fire Damper, Sound Attenuator, VAV, FCU, Fans, etc.
  • Engineering background or strong aptitude for technical product sales.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP / SAGE ERP systems is an added advantage.

Personal Attributes:

  • Candidate with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
