Apply patches and updates to applications to ensuresecurity and functionality.
Provide technical support to users,addressing application-related issues and ensuring a high level ofuser satisfaction.
4.Train users on application functionalities andbest practices to maximize the effectiveness of theapplications.
Continuously monitor application performance andavailability to detect and address issues proactively.
Diagnose andresolve application issues, working closely with other IT teams asneeded.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation ofapplication configurations, procedures, and troubleshootingguides.
Ensure that applications comply with organizational policiesand industry regulations.
