About the Role
We are a growing apparel manufacturing company looking for a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer who understands production-level design, not just creative visuals.
This is a hands-on role working directly with our production team to ensure all designs are accurate, scalable, and factory-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional apparel mockups (front, back, detail views)
- Design logos, graphics, and garment artwork
- Prepare screen printing files with correct sizing and placement
- Perform accurate color separations
- Deliver print-ready files (AI, PSD, vector formats)
- Coordinate with production to ensure design feasibility
Requirements
- Proven experience in apparel design and production workflows
- Strong command of:
- Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Solid understanding of:
- Screen printing
- Color separation techniques
- Print sizing and placement accuracy
- High attention to detail and ability to follow exact specifications
Work Environment
- Full-time office-based role
