Requirements:
· Diploma/I.T.I in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical background.
· Should have minimum experience of 5 years in online Analyzer maintenance in the field of oil & gas, petrochemical or refinery industries.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge in the permit work system / WMS.
· The main role is to maintenance online analyzers in the field.
· To carry out servicing of Process Analyzers and sampling system for water, gas and liquid hydrocarbon analyzers which include Various types of Process Analyzers, Gas Chromatograph, Infra-Red/ Ultra Violet, pH, Conductivity, Moisture, Free Chlorine, Turbidity, CEMS, Oxygen, etc.
· Should have hands on experience in below listed analyzers in added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Candidate preferably from Analytical Industry with on field experience in the online analyzers service & maintenance from oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working as a maintenance technician as per the below responsibilities as per the site requirements.
· The Analyzer Technician shall report directly to the ANALYZER SUPERVISOR and carry out all related works for the analyzer section and directed by Analyzer supervisor.
· Carrying out routine, scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
· To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on Process Analyzers in the plant. Having knowledge of SRU, NGL & CEMS Analyzers is an advantage.
· To carry out daily inspection, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance jobs for process analyzers.
· To maintain/update the daily activity records and calibration reports.
· To carry out gas cylinders handling and replacing as part of the analyzer routine activities. Able to identify different type of gasses and related hazards.
· To carry out the analyzer sampling system inspections and troubleshooting if required.
· Diagnosing breakdown problems & performing repair work at site for the analyzer models mentioned in this document.
· Adhere to all health and safety protocols and regulations while working in client sites.
· Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Ensure that all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
· Implement quality control measures to optimize equipment performance and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
