As an Analytics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with the transactions team to ensure actionable insights are derived from data. In thisdynamicandfast-paced environment, you will contribute to creatingimpactfulreports and analyses that align with business objectives while fostering a professional,innovative, andresults-orientedculture.
In this role, you will:
Collect, clean, and organise data to ensure accuracy and reliability;
Analyse data trends to provide actionable insights for various teams;
Maintain and update data archives for easy retrieval and reporting;
Develop and generate detailed reports using MS Excel, ensuring clarity andprecision;
Assist in creating dashboards and visualisations, with exposure to tools like Power BI being a plus;
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making across departments;
Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamlesscommunicationand data sharing;
Present data findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders in both written and oral formats;
Identify opportunities to optimise reporting processes and enhance data quality;
Suggest and implement best practices in data handling and reporting workflows;
Leverage advanced MS Excel features to automate reporting tasks;
Support the integration and usage of tools like SQL and Power BI for advanced analytics;
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field;
Certifications in MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL (preferred but not mandatory);
2+ years of proven experience in data reporting, analysis, and coordination, preferably in a professional or corporate environment;
Hands-on experiencewith Power BI and SQL is a strong advantage;
Expertise in data cleansing and archiving practices;
Proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data manipulation and reporting;
Strong understanding of data management, analysis techniques, and reporting best practices;
Familiarity with database systems and business intelligence tools is beneficial;
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, macros);
Ability to interpret and visualise data insights effectively;
Knowledge of data warehousing and dashboard creation (Power BI);
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills for effectivecross-functional collaboration;
Attention to detailand aproblem-solvingmindset;
Proactive and self-motivated with a focus oncontinuous improvement;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in afast-paced environment;
