About the Role
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, working through all stages from origination to closing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in constructing detailed financial models and performing valuation analyses using Excel and other modeling tools.
- Develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
- Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Support all phases of transaction execution from origination through closing.
Qualifications
- Relevant full‑time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic is positively valued.
