Job Description
Work on visual identity and design in terms of presenting company brands
Development of proposals and design of graphic solutions for all company needs – printed material (posters, bookmarks, flyers, banners, branding within retail facilities, curtains, forms, catalogs, flyers, brochures, price lists, business cards, invitations, greeting cards, vouchers, bags, vehicle branding, advertisements in magazines and on billboards…) and digital material in all necessary dimensions (banners and visuals on all company websites, newsletters, posts on social networks – advertisements, greeting cards, promotions, campaigns…). Design of advertising billboards, lightboxes…
Work on preparing promotional materials for branding facilities (in existing facilities, as well as when opening new facilities); for all types of marketing campaigns
Creation of logos, signs and other company symbols
Photo processing
Communication with printing houses, external collaborators and colleagues from other departments
Job Experience
At least 3 years of work experience as a graphic designer
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Higher or college education in design
Excellent knowledge of Adobe packages (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Flash), and Power Point, as well as Microsoft Office packages
Excellent knowledge of printing technologies and prepress – large and small (digital, offset, screen printing)
Knowledge of English
Creativity, high aesthetic criteria and artistic literacy, but also adaptability to different graphic styles
Ability to work in a team
Speed, precision and consistency in work, ability to work under pressure, while respecting short deadlines
