We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Secondary Market/Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant , you will be responsible for listing properties for sale and rental, managing property data, and contributing to growth both for yourself an and the real estate business.
Responsibilities:
List properties for sale and rental on various property portals, websites, and social media platforms
Update and maintain accurate property listings, including property descriptions, prices, and photos
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sellers, and landlords to ensure their needs are met
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Lister or in a related role
Proven track record of success in property listing, sales, and marketing
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in using property management software and CRM systems
Knowledge of English language both written and spoken
Experience working in a real estate brokerage firm
