Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance & AML Officer tojoin our team. The Compliance & AML Officer will be responsible for performing analytical tasks, conducting sanction checks, managingfinancial compliance, and facilitatingeffective communicationregarding compliance matters. The role will involve due diligence processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all internal processes and procedures comply with the local law.
Assist in maintaining compliance activities records and data.
Generate regular reports on Compliance/AML activities and based on results recommend corrective measures if needed.
Assist in conducting regular assessments to identify the effectiveness of compliance policies.
Follow up on industry-relevant laws and regulations.
Generate CMA reporting.
Qualifications:
Skills:
Analytical skills, sanction knowledge, and finance expertise.
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
Experience in conducting due diligence procedures.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, andfinancial compliance.
Attention to detailand ability to work under pressure.
Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic language is beneficial.
Bachelor’s in law, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
Relevant years of experience in the field of Business Administration or law ranging between 1 and 3 years.
