WE’RE HIRING – AMAZON POC (Point of Contact)
Location: Dubai
Xoom Delivery Services is looking for a dedicated and experienced Amazon POC to join our growing operations team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Amazon Last-Mile Operations is mandatory.
- Experience handling Delivery Associates (DAs), attendance, and daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operational standards and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Passionate, responsible, and committed to achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Amazon delivery operations.
- Coordinate with DAs, Supervisors, and Operations Management.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and manpower planning.
- Ensure route compliance and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Handle rider escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate movement records and daily reports.
- Support rider onboarding and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon SOPs and company policies.
