Aluminum Pergola Site Supervisor:
Job Summary:
The Aluminum Pergola Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation of aluminium pergolas, louvers, glass works, and related structures at project sites. The supervisor ensures that work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities related to aluminium pergola installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings and ensure proper execution on site.
- Manage installation teams and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
- Resolve site issues and report technical concerns to management.
- Ensure quality control and final handover to the client.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in aluminium pergola, façade, glass, or metal fabrication projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of aluminium profiles, louvers, motorized pergolas, and glass systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
