LITCO Group is seeking an experienced Aluminium Engineer to join our team for steel, aluminium, façade, skylight, cladding, and metal projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing subcontractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor aluminium and steel fabrication, installation, façade, skylight, and cladding activities.
- Ensure project execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on MIR and WIR/WMR documentation and inspections.
- Coordinate with consultants, inspectors, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review shop drawings, IFC drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or execution issues.
- Ensure quality requirements are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring activities.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong experience in steel and aluminium fabrication, façade, skylight, cladding, and installation projects.
- Hands-on experience with MIR and WIR/WMR submissions and inspection processes.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of installation methodologies, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills, especially with consultants and inspectors.
