We are looking for experienced Recruiters to join our team! If you have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in sourcing CVs, calling candidates, arranging interviews, and handling onboarding, we want to hear from you.
Location : Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah
Work Mode: Onsite / Remote
Salary:
Remote: AED 2,000 + commissions
Onsite: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 + commissions
Must be on own visa
Strong communication & sourcing skills required

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening: Identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide candidate feedback.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking candidate progress and ensuring all records are current.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
