Position: Assistant Design Manager
Position Purpose:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Design Manager to lead and support our design team in delivering high-quality visuals, motion graphics, and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, animation expertise, and the ability to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Project Management
Lead and mentor a team of 6 designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
Oversee project workflows, assign tasks, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure consistency across all visual assets, including graphics, motion design, and video content.
Collaborate with managers and marketing teams to align creative work with brand goals.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Edit and enhance videos for product promotions and brand storytelling.
Work closely with the team to develop storyboards and creative concepts.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in design, motion graphics, and video editing.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Firefly, Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of AI-powered design tools for creative development.
Deep understanding of color theory, typography, design composition, and branding principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
