Airside Operations Duty Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at Vantage Hospitality
Monitor & mentor to ensure all health & safety requirements are met & adhered to. Manage a busy airside operation where technical cleaning is provided to all customers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met including but not limited to SLA’s & KPI’s. Liaise with client management to represent the company & discuss outstanding issues. Monitor performance & disciplinary status of all staff.
Liaise with Head Office for all HR related & performance issues. Represent the company to all regulatory bodies currently active at the airport including police, customs, CID & airport safety. Justify expenditure and produce accurate figures for P&L presentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Sound aviation operations knowledge. Â Familiar with all industry terminology. Â Full security disclosure available. Â UAE driving license. Â Aircraft cabin technology & dressing requirement knowledge preferred.
