Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily airport operations, working closely with air traffic control, ground services, security, and maintenance.  Flight Management:

Coordinating flight schedules, gate assignments, and aircraft movement in

collaboration

with airlines and ground handling teams.  Passenger Services:

Ensuring a positive passenger experience by coordinating check-in processes, baggage handling, security procedures, and boarding gate operations.  Safety and Security:

Implementing and monitoring

safety protocols

, conducting inspections, and coordinating emergency response plans.  Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaising with airlines, ground handling agencies, airport authorities, and customs to coordinate operations and resolve issues.  Crisis Management:

Coordinating response efforts during emergencies or disruptions and implementing contingency plans.  Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining records of operational activities, generating reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).  Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and industry regulations.  Strong organizational and
