Responsibilities
Coordinate daily airport operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Serve as acommunicationpoint between airlines, ground handlers, and cargo services.
Supervise the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance performance.
Address and resolve operational issues and emergencies promptly.
Prepare reports and documentation related to airport operations and performance metrics.
Skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, aviation management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in airport operations or related logistics roles.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations andsafety protocols.
Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strongproblem-solving skillsandattention to detail.
