Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise the production process, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Optimize available resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Manage the production team, leading, motivating and developing operators and supervisors.
Implement improvements in production processes, supported by Lean Manufacturing and/or TPM methodologies.
Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, losses, productivity, etc.) and propose action plans for their improvement.
Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, R&D) to ensure efficient workflow.
Job Experience
Technical training in engineering or similar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production management position in the food industry (essential).
Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
Mastery of production management tools (ERP, advanced Excel, etc.).
