Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead to be embedded at a large Middle Eastern Bank that is actively scaling its AI capabilities. The Bank has deployed on-premise GPU infrastructure running the QWEN LLM and has built initial AI solutions across Testing Services and RPA. It is also evaluating hybrid cloud AI architectures for scale.
This role is ITCI’s primary AI authority at the Bank — accountable for defining and executing the Bank’s Enterprise AI Strategy, scaling AI adoption across IT and banking operations, and driving measurable improvements in ITCI’s service productivity and cost of delivery. The ideal candidate combines hands-on AI/ML delivery experience with banking domain depth, executive presence, and bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.
Current AI Environment at the Bank
The Bank has already initiated its AI journey with the following deployed capabilities:
- Private GPU Infrastructure with on-premise LLM deployment
- QWEN Large Language Model — serving as the core private LLM
- AI-enabled Testing Accelerators and AI-powered RPA Solutions
- Vector database and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
The next phase involves expanding AI adoption across IT Services, Software Engineering, Operations, and Business Functions — while evaluating hybrid and cloud AI platforms where appropriate.
