Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) – Arabic to evaluate a new personalization feature for an advanced AI model. You will assess how well the model uses information from past conversations, email, search, and video activity to make responses more relevant and helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the quality of AI-generated personalized responses by assessing dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Design creative, multi-turn prompts based on personal context to thoroughly test the model’s capabilities.
• Review side-by-side model responses to identify subtle differences in personalization quality.
• Identify incorrect personalization, poor inferences, and forced connections in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed feedback on the model’s ability to integrate personal data sources accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to read and write Arabic with a high degree of competence.
• Willingness to use a primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources for assessment.
• Experience in designing prompts to test AI model personalization.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate nuanced and ambiguous AI responses.
• Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing and comparing AI outputs.
• Familiarity with personalization concepts and quality assessment in AI systems.
• Full-time availability in your local time zone, with flexibility for a global operations schedule.
