We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that drive real business impact across the organization.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of GenAI products: conversational agents, AI copilots, and self‑service journeys
- Translate business needs into AI features, workflows, and user stories
- Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, and releases in an agile environment
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineering, CRM & ERP teams
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, internal platforms)
- Track product KPIs: adoption, response quality, efficiency gains, and business value
- Drive user adoption through demos, training, and continuous feedback loops
- 5+ years experience in product management, AI/ML solutions, or digital product delivery
- Strong hands‑on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise AI products and cross‑functional initiatives
- Experience translating business objectives into measurable outcomes and KPIs
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
- Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, APIs, data pipelines, or ML workflows
- Knowledge of tools like Databricks, MLflow, or similar
