Design develop and deploy sophisticated conversational AI models including NLU NLG and dialogue management systems to power intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures for intent recognition entity extraction and sentiment analysis Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training and evaluating conversational AI models ensuring data quality and scalability Integrate conversational AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs enabling seamless user experiences across various channels
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, #Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, or Conversational AI development.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience building #LLM/ #GenerativeAI solutions.
- Strong experience delivering AI solutions from development through production deployment.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience in #Python.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, and #ConversationalAI concepts.
- Experience developing #RAG-based applications and knowledge‑grounded AI solutions.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and #LLM evaluation.
- Hands‑on experience with #Lang Chain, #Lang Graph, #Llama Index, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Experience working with #RESTAPIs, #microservices, and cloud-based AI services.
- Good understanding of #SQL and #No
SQL databases.
- Experience with #Git, #CI/CD, #Docker, and #cloud platforms such as #Azure, #AWS, or GCP.
