AI Architect / Senior AI Technical Lead
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / AI Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of a Generative AI-based solution for our startup. This solution aims to help the CEO of a business enterprise extract insights from various business data, including ERP, to facilitate decision-making and automate report and graph generation. In the fintech sector, we are particularly interested in AI applications for customer service, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire process of developing and delivering a Generative AI solution that provides actionable insights and supports decision-making.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance team to ensure the successful execution of AI projects.
Promote a startup-like environment that fostersinnovation,collaboration, andprofessional growth.
Manage and process data from both cloud and on-premises sources.
Fine-tune LLMs and perform Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) tasks.
Translate business requirements into solution designs, ensuring the reliability and scalability of software products through design, development, and testing.
Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to drivecontinuous improvement.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 6 years in enterprise-level AI initiatives, demonstrating a successful track record in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering Generative AI products.
Strong educational foundation in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, or a related field.
Provenleadershipskills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Proficiency in data modeling, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and software architecture.
Experience in production implementation.
Expertise in Generative AI and MLOps.
Knowledge in data warehousing/lakes for building data science pipelines.
Familiarity with feature stores.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
Excellentproblem-solvingabilities and creative thinking skills.
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a startup environment.
Familiarity with agileproject managementmethodologies.
Skills
