Job Responsibilities
Conduct agronomic and other trials to support and develop marketing materials for product launch.
Drive and support business in marketing and sales to customers of new products.
Contribute to the product development process in accolade and provide product development agronomy and market development support.
Build the capabilities, shared agronomy platform, customer needs identification,innovationpipeline and standard process to commercialization.
Requirements
– Bachelor in Ag Science, Soil Science, or Agronomy.
– 5-10 years of experience practicing agronomy, with extensive exposure to product development processes.
– Advanced working knowledge in soil fertility, crop nutrition, and soil nutrients management.
– Proven expertise in a scientific discipline, preferably in soil science or chemistry, demonstrated through a doctoral degree and/or the publication of relevant scientific papers.
– Proven expertise in statistical analysis and using the appropriate methods and software.
– Excellent laboratory experience.
– Proficient in the development and adaptation of chemical analysis methods.
– Proficient in written and spoken English.
– High capability to learn and develop other employees.
– Ability to organize and carry out fertilizer research experiments.
