We’re looking for an AGM Visual Merchandising to lead the VM strategy and execution across the Middle East.
Work Location – Dubai
Position : AGM Visual Merchandising
Scope: 200+ stores across the region – Middle East
Preferred Experience –We are particularly interested in candidates with strong Visual Merchandising experience in European retail markets, ideally with exposure to leading international brands and sophisticated retail environments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement the brand’s Visual Merchandising strategy
• Create innovative VM solutions that support business growth and market share
• Develop seasonal VM concepts, calendars, store setups and window guidelines
• Establish and maintain world-class VM standards across markets
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback
• Drive consistent in-store execution across different store formats
• Develop and coach in-store VM teams
• Manage team performance, recruitment and development
