Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation and delivery excellence across multiple teams and programs. The role is responsible for coaching Scrum teams, leading Agile practices at scale, facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and improving organizational Agile maturity while ensuring predictable, transparent, and high-quality delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program priorities.
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART synchronization, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other scaled Agile ceremonies.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
- Establish Agile governance, delivery metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards to provide visibility into program performance.
- Promote continuous improvement by driving Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, security, and business teams to improve planning, execution, and release management.
- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives, coaching leadership and delivery teams on best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agile, or DevOps certifications are considered an advantage.
Minimum Experience:
- +7 years of experience in Agile Delivery, Agile Coaching, Program Delivery, or Enterprise Transformation.
