We are looking for a high-impact, entrepreneurial Agency Lead to run our boutique creative shop. Since we are a lean team, you will wear multiple hats: driving new business, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the quality of our creative output. You will be responsible for the agency’s growth, ensuring we punch above our weight class to win and retain clients in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and pitch to new clients. You are the primary face of the agency in the Dubai market.
- Proposal Crafting: Personally lead the strategy and storytelling for major pitches.
- Networking: Leverage your existing network of CMOs and Marketing Managers in the UAE to create opportunities.
2. Senior Client Partner
- Strategy Lead: Act as the senior strategic lead for our top 3–4 accounts, ensuring their business goals are met.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities within existing accounts to introduce new services (e.g., moving a social media client into a full-scale AI-content retainer).
3. Operational Oversight
- Workflow Management: With a team of almost 10 in UAE and 10 in india , you will ensure resources are allocated efficiently so nobody burns out while deadlines are hit.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high "Dubai Standard" for every deliverable, from a single Instagram post to a full brand identity.
- P&L Health: Manage the monthly burn rate, agency overheads, and project profitability.
4. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the agency and our clients are compliant with the 2026 UAE Media Council permit laws for all digital and influencer campaigns.
