We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Director to lead and drive the performance of the Service and Parts business across a multi-branch automotive dealership network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing aftersales profitability, improving customer retention, enhancing workshop productivity, optimizing parts operations, and ensuring compliance with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Service Operations and Parts Business across multiple branches.
- Drive Service Revenue, Parts Sales, and Aftersales Profitability.
- Improve Workshop Efficiency, Productivity, and Labor Utilization.
- Develop Parts Sales strategies, inventory optimization, and availability.
- Monitor key KPIs including:
- Service Revenue
- Parts Revenue
- Gross Profit
- Absorption Rate
- CSI
- Workshop Productivity
- Technician Efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and aftersales processes.
- Lead and develop Service Managers and Parts Managers across the network.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Automotive Aftersales experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong experience in Service Operations and Parts Management.
- Proven track record in increasing Parts Sales and Service Profitability.
- OEM dealership experience is mandatory.
- Multi-branch dealership management experience is highly preferred.
