Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining sales for our aftermarket products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support that meets their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit all the customers in the region and present our aftersales services as the authorized distributor in Saudi Arabia
Prepare AMT quotations, present them to the customers, and negotiate closing deals
Track the provided quotes to customers and ensure they are turned into orders. Monitor the delivery of parts and services to guarantee they are fulfilled as promised
Oversee the payment process to ensure timely receipt of funds. Document the completed services in both the supplier’s and agent’s systems for accurate record-keeping
Engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell aftermarket products and services
Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any concerns or issues
Collaborate closely with the technical team for accurate solution development and implementation
Explore new initiatives and implement them to increase the sales of spare parts
Provide regular reports and feedback to management on sales performance, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the industrial sector
Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide technical support
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
