Hiring:
Analyst – Business Operations | Automotive Aftersales
Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
4–5 years total analytical experience, including 3+ years in Automotive Aftersales Operations
We are looking for an experienced automotive aftersales professional with strong analytical and business operations expertise to join the Aftersales Division.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Aftersales data and operational system integrity at HQ level
Configure service jobs, maintenance packages and service bundles within ERP/DMS systems
Calculate and reconcile monthly performance incentives and commissions for workshop technicians and Aftersales teams
Monitor key Aftersales KPIs including:
- Warranty claim performance
- Vehicle technical issues and VIN-specific problems
- Service Order aging
- Parts fill rates
- Awaiting Parts / Awaiting Labor
- Vehicle cycle times
Develop and maintain Aftersales dashboards and performance reports
Identify operational trends and provide actionable insights to management
Conduct data audits and support process and system improvements
Analyze recurring technical issues to support Aftersales and Warranty teams in OEM discussions
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4–5 years of analytical experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Automotive Aftersales Operations
- Strong experience in automotive dealership, automotive aftersales, OEM service networks, or automotive operations
- Experience with ERP/DMS system configuration, such as SAP, Odoo, or specialized automotive DMS
- Strong understanding of automotive service lifecycle, workshop scheduling and inventory management
- Knowledge of OEM warranty claim processes
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Pivot, VBA and Power Query
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Excellent English communication skills
