Affiliate Sales & Business Development:

Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners, pitching the company’s products/services

Negotiate affiliate agreements to ensuremutually beneficial terms

Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring long-term success

Close deals with new affiliates while ensuring they align with the company’s brand and target audience

Performance Monitoring &Optimization:

Track and analyzeaffiliate sales performance
, optimizing strategies tomaximize revenue

Use data-driven insights toimprove partner engagement and sales conversions

Regularly report onsales performance, affiliate growth, and market trendsto management.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:

Skills

Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or affiliate marketing.

Proven ability togenerate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Strong negotiation,communication, andrelationship-building skills.

Experience withCRM tools and affiliate marketing platformsis a plus.
