Lead and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters

Communicate with project managers and stakeholders
Facilitate coordination among trades and departments
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role
Strong woodworking knowledge and techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Knowledge of construction safety regulations
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in joinery tools and equipment
