Advertising Operations Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Bloomberg

Own the operational delivery of complex, cross-platform advertising campaigns across Bloomberg’s owned and operated platforms and off-platform environments, ensuring execution aligns with contractual terms, client KPIs, technical requirements, revenue objectives, and internal delivery standards.

Partner with Sales, Media Planning, Global Yield, Client Services, Product Marketing, and Ad Product teams to identify delivery risks, recommend solutions, and support successful campaign outcomes.

Lead workflow and communication for high-value, custom, or complex campaigns, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies, technical requirements, and success measures.

Use campaign performance data, pacing trends, delivery reporting, inventory insights, and operational analysis to identify risks, surface optimisation opportunities, and inform future planning decisions.

Serve as a point of escalation for complex campaign, technical, creative, delivery, and workflow issues, using root-cause analysis to resolve blockers and identify longer-term process improvements.

Lead operational improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies, documenting best practices, and driving process standardization across geo regions and platforms.

Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardise operational workflows, partnering with internal teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and revenue growth.

Act as a cross-platform subject matter expert by supporting onboarding, mentoring teammates, and helping drive adoption of new workflows, tools, and products across the organization.

QA campaign creative for spec compliance and proper functionality

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising operations, campaign management, digital media operations, ad tech, or a related role within a publisher, agency, media platform, or similar environment; cross-platform planning experience is preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms, their ad formats and optimization levers that drive performance.

Attention to detail, accountability, and experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.

A strong understanding of advertising operations workflows, including ad serving, campaign trafficking, creative QA, pacing, reporting, troubleshooting, tracking, brand safety, viewability, third-party tags, optimization, and post-launch analysis.

Impeccable technical acumen and analytical skills, with ability to interpret dashboards, reporting tools, campaign data, identify trends, diagnose issues, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

A continuous-improvement mindset and technical aptitude to quickly learn and embrace new tools, systems and processes

Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills across Sales, Media Planning, Ad Product, Yield/Pricing & Inventory, Product Marketing and external clients or agencies, with ability to influence and drive alignment without direct management oversight.

Confidence communicating technical and operational concepts clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex issues, and know when to escalate, challenge, or bring stakeholders together.

Strong multi-tasking, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external partners while managing competing priorities.

Experience in Google Ad Manager, Operative.One, and SalesForce, as well as with third party ad servers (DV360, Flashtalking, Celtra, etc) and ad-verification vendors (Integral Ad Science/IAS, DoubleVerify)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including knowledge of pivot tables, lookup functions (e.g. XLOOKUP) and charts.

Experience mentoring peers, leading training sessions, or acting as a subject matter expert within an advertising operations or similar organization.

Demonstrated initiative in exploring AI tools and emerging technologies, with a desire to bring fresh ideas and practical applications to the team.

A track record of staying informed on advertising industry trends and developments, and bringing relevant insights into team conversations or campaign discussions.
