What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize media buying strategies across social and digital platforms
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets with a sharp focus on performance and ROI
- Analyze data, uncover insights, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to elevate campaign outcomes
- Support account management through client communication, updates, and strategic input
- Oversee day-to-day ad operations while ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying with a performance-driven mindset
- Proven experience in digital media buying with a performance-driven mindset
- Someone proactive and hands-on
-always looking for ways to improve, test, and evolve - A team player who’s not limited to media buying, but eager to add value across account management and social media handling
- Strong knowledge of platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Google, Programmatic, etc.)
- Solid analytical skills with experience in tracking, pixels, and optimization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and a constant drive to grow both personally and professionally
