About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admissions Officer – Inside Sales who is passionate about education and skilled at converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle 100% inbound student enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email & Website (No Cold Calling)
✔ Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable certification programs
✔ Guide prospective students throughout the admission and enrollment process
✔ Present program features, certification benefits, and career opportunities professionally
✔ Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions
✔ Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
✔ Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent student experience
Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Admissions, Inside Sales, Education, EdTech, Training, Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate Sales
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
✔ Confident handling enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email
✔ Target-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities
✔ Professional, customer-focused, and self-motivated
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference
