Experience in Steel Fabrication: The candidate should have hands-on experience with steel fabrication processes, such as welding, cutting, and assembling structural steel components.
Project Management: Experience in managing and overseeing construction or fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Design and Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Auto Cad and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with Safety Standards: Knowledge of safety regulations and codes related to steel fabrication and construction, such as OSHA or equivalent in your region
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise on-site, especially related to mechanical and structural challenges.
Relevant Degree or Certification: A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with certifications in welding, fabrication, or other related areas.
Experience in Construction or Industrial Sites: Familiarity with working in large-scale industrial environments or construction sites.
