We are seeking professionals with a proven track record in student admissions, educational sales, and parent communication, preferably within the UAE education and training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student admissions inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Conduct consultations with parents and students regarding programs and services.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to registration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate communication through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, registrations, and customer interactions.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach activities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive experience for prospective families.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in admissions, educational sales, student recruitment, or customer relations within the education sector.
- Experience working with educational institutes, training centers, schools, or EdTech organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Arabic language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
