We are seeking a Company Administrator & Sales Support who can deliver measurable results and ensure smooth operations within our Erbil office while supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

With nearly 10 years of expertise, over 600 global customers, 30 exclusive lubricant contracts, and 20,000+ tons traded, our commitment to machinery performance, sustainability, and innovation drives us forward.
The company operates with a focus on seamless coordination and a commitment to exceptional service, technical support, and a strong market presence.
Main Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing and managing all company activities and tasks received from the sales managers
Constantly providing assistance and information to the existing sales team
Carrying out indoor sales with retail customers
Providing customers relevant information about the products Cyclon, Klueber & Total and services
Managing, maintaining, updating and following up the customer’s database
Orders handling, planning and following up to their completion
Gathering information and preparing quotations/offers
Issuance of cash receipts and invoices and maintain the hard copy sales documentation in full correspondence with our ERP
Manage the daily cash register, including handling petty expenses and recording customer receivables accurately
Accurate and consistent inventory/storage counting & keeping
Accurate and consistent handling of all paperwork related to company’s activities
Registration of new clients & supplier and recording of expenses in ERP
CRM & company’s vehicle daily update
Updating vendor customer data in ERP and checking accuracy and correct issuing of all data
Being able to drive in certain occasions
Being able at any time to replace a showroom sales colleague in his duties
Requirements
College Diploma
Previous Administration Experience is required
Critical thinking is mandatory
Communication skills between colleagues is mandatory
Excellent knowledge of English, which is the official language of the company
Kurdish language mandatory and Arabic in high level are required
Excellent telephone manners
Experience in handling stressful situations and adaptability
Honesty, loyalty, business & personal ethics are essential and mandatory
Experience working with expats
Valid commercial driving license (Manual Car) is a plus
