atmaal is looking for a Saudi candidate to join the Retail Credit Risk Quality Assurance team. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are interested in credit risk, quality assurance, and retail banking operations.
The candidate will support in reviewing credit decisions and ensuring that credit files, approvals, and related processes are aligned with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Review retail credit applications and related documents.
* Check the quality and accuracy of credit decisions.
* Ensure credit cases are compliant with bank policies and procedures.
* Support the team in identifying errors, missing documents, or policy breaches.
* Prepare simple reports and summaries using Excel.
* Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on credit-related cases.
* Maintain proper documentation and tracking of reviewed cases.
* Support continuous improvement in credit review and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
* Saudi .
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, Quality Assurance, or Retail Credit is preferred.
* Good English language level is preferred.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze information and follow policies accurately.
