Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrator to join our Office Team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and appointments.
Support staff and management with administrative duties as needed.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in an office or administrative role (experience in an educational setting is a plus highly desired.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
