Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, with a strong focus on data management and reporting using Microsoft Excel and SAP. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department
Maintain accurate records and update internal databases using Excel and SAP
Prepare and generate reports as required, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding actions or documentation
Support document management, including filing, archiving, and version control
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and lookups
Experience working with SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning system
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
