He should be a person who can take responsibilities for overseeing and coordinating interior finishing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing construction teams, interpreting technical drawings, and communicating with contractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate fit-out works, ensuring project completion within timeline and budget.
Lead and manage construction teams on-site.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor material inventory and place orders as needed.
Perform quality inspections of completed work.
Troubleshoot construction-related issues on-site.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Fit-Out Foreman.
Valid driving license.
Proven expertise in gypsum board installation and finishing, suspended ceiling systems, partition works and metal framing, painting works, tile installation, and general maintenance operations.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Valid safety certifications .
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of drywall installation techniques.
Understanding of MEP installations related to the fit-out.
Proficiency in various ceiling systems (suspended, stretch, modular).
Understanding of waterproofing and soundproof treatments.
Experience with different tiling methods and materials.
Knowledge of painting techniques and finishes.
Familiarity with building maintenance systems.
