Marketing responsibilities:

  • Take photos and videos of rental properties for marketing and social media

Maintenance responsibilites:

  • Answer calls and emails from tenants regarding maintenance requests
  • Organize and schedule maintenance requests received
  • Record completed requests and organize with maintenance team
  • Prepare basic reports regarding maintenance for Management
