Brief Job description – Administration Executive (including but not limited to):
We are a company specializing in advisory services on company formations, bank accounts, international taxation, bookkeeping and accounting, structuring, commercial agreements, compliance services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ADMIN to support out team.
Key Responsibilites:Â
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, whatsapp, and written communication.
Develop trusted relationships with free zones, Economic Department, service providers – DU, IT support, Tasheel, DEWA, cleaning Co, Building managementÂ
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to operations manager and company owners with utmost attention to details and timely manner
Communicate with relevant department regarding the progress of the tasks
Use actively CRM system, Microsoft 365 system, Teams
Сommunicate and collaborate with operations manager and PRO
Receiving office guests and offering them refreshments, make sure working space and common area neat and presentable
Together with PRO maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
Maintaining client records in CRM, filing, data entry and general office management tasksÂ
Monitoring basic clients tasks – license renewals, processing of residency visas and coordination with the PROÂ
Skills & Requirements:Â
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Russian and Italian as additional languages are advantageousÂ
Proven experience as administrative assistant or in a similar role with experience in UAE at least 1 yearÂ
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.]
BS degree in both economics, taxation, law, logistics, business, finance, compliance is an advantage
Knowledge of corporate governance and legal requirements if preferred
Knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland procedures is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Proactive and positive attitude towards work, desire to learn and develop knowledge
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
