We are looking for an Admin Coordinator / Document Controller to assist the office administration and the company managers.

The Administrative Coordinator should also possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in an administrative & clerical role.

The administrative coordinator should be highly organized and perform various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include, but not limited to:

     Performing administrative and clerical duties.

      Provides high-level administrative support to an assigned executive or director-level employee

     Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.

     Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.

    Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, and note-taking.

    Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

     Maintain and update the filing system, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.

    Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and distribution lists to ensure accurate and current information.

Requirements and skills:

Diploma/bachelor’s in business administration or related field.

Should speak English fluently; Arabic is an advantage.

2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Must have a Valid QID, NOC, and be ready to join immediately.
