Job Responsibilities:
Serves as liaison between department and offices. Â Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required. Â Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Â Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties. Â Direct administrative productivity in accordance with management directives. Â Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues;
organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required. Â Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors.
Requirements:
Effective communication
and written skills. Â Strong organizational and time management skills. Â Proficient in MS Office. Â Effective mathematical abilities and knowledge of financial concepts. Â Critical and analytical thinking abilities. Â Excellent interpersonal skills. Â Ability to prioritize tasks.
