Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant / Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk area, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, collecting invoices, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes
  • Receive, collect, and distribute invoices and forward them to the relevant department
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents
  • Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support office security and access control procedures

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong responsibility and attention to detail (especially for invoice handling)
  • Punctuality and discipline

Education Qualification (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Commerce (preferred)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based role
  • Interaction with staff, visitors, and external vendors
  • May involve handling documents and financial papers (invoices)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
