Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant / Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk area, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, collecting invoices, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes
- Receive, collect, and distribute invoices and forward them to the relevant department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support office security and access control procedures
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong responsibility and attention to detail (especially for invoice handling)
- Punctuality and discipline
Education Qualification (Preferred):
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Commerce (preferred)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Work Conditions:
- Office-based role
- Interaction with staff, visitors, and external vendors
- May involve handling documents and financial papers (invoices)

Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
