Key Responsibilities

– Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient business execution

– Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, follow-ups)

– Support basic accounting and bookkeeping, maintaining accurate records

– Assist with payment processing and reconciliations

– Act as a backup point of contact with banking partners

– Provide general administrative and operational support

– Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of records

– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
